When the program’s cook took a well-deserved vacation, the team at North Country Freedom Homes came together, with nurse Raymond Crouse stepping into the kitchen to prepare homemade pizzas for lunch.

This collaboration reflects the core values that drive North Country Freedom Homes’ success and demonstrates why the program was honored with the “Most Supportive Team Award” at the Network’s Spring Awards Ceremony in May. Fall Adventures in the Adirondacks

Residents of North Country Freedom Homes took in the full splendor of the Adirondacks during a fall hike up Mt. Arab. Rising 2,533 feet, the summit offered sweeping panoramic views, beautifully framed by the season’s vibrant foliage.

Experiences like this foster connection, reflection and a deeper appreciation for the natural environment, promoting well-being and strengthening community engagement among residents.
